About Me

Hello, I'm Justyna (she/her)

I’m pleased you’ve found your way here, and I want to meet you halfway.

I’m a COSRT-accredited psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist and the founder of JKL Therapy Centre.

I specialise working with individuals, couples and diverse relationships facing a range of psychosexual and relationship challenges, including intimacy difficulties, sexual dysfunctions, infidelity, and trauma.
Originally from Eastern Europe, I bring a deep understanding of how cultural backgrounds shape relationships and sexuality. I work relationally, integrating trauma-informed approaches with a focus on neurodivergence and intersectional identities. My inclusive and sensitive therapeutic style ensures that clients feel supported in exploring the complexities of their experiences within the context of their unique backgrounds.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have an extensive experience in sexual health, having served as Lead Sexual Health & HIV Adviser in the NHS and as a psychosexual therapist in hospital and community settings.

I am also a clinical supervisor, providing mentorship and guidance to both trainee and qualified therapists.

I recognise the complexity of lived experience - particularly where identities intersect with systems of power, social norms, and histories of marginalisation. For me, therapy must be grounded not only in psychological insight but also in a broader cultural, social, and political context.

I specialise in transformative, in-depth work that goes beyond surface-level change. Many of my clients have been in therapy before and find themselves returning to unresolved themes. This often signals that something deeper remains unaddressed and that’s precisely where I offer support. I work relationally, meaning we explore your world together.

One of my client said: “Thank you, genuinely thank you for what you have done so far.  I have seen no less than 7 therapists and some of them for over 2 years from memory.  Non have even come close to what we have done. So purely from a google review style notion.  You are good at what you do, and I would like you to take my thanks as an acknowledgement that all the work and studying you have undoubtedly done is affecting lives in a very positive way”.

Outside of my clinical work, I am deeply involved in teaching, supervision, and professional development for therapists. I am Director of the Level 7 Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy in London, a rigorous two-year training programme that integrates clinical excellence with a strong commitment to social and cultural awareness for qualified psychotherapists.

Internationally, I co-facilitate seminars and training on topics such as:

🔹 Neurodivergence, Sex, and Relationships (Therapist’s Course: Certificate in Diversity Within Contemporary Relationships, UK)
🔹 Core Clinical Assessment and Formulation Skills

🔹 Relational Ruptures: Conflict, Crisis and Repair in Couples Work

Confidentiality and ethical practice are central to my work. I am ICO registered to ensure that your privacy is protected at all times.

If you’re looking for a therapist who offers depth, warmth, and awareness of the bigger picture, I would be honoured to walk this path with you.

Warmly,
Justyna Kulczyk-Lewinska
