About Me

Hello, I'm Justyna (she/her)

I’m pleased you’ve found your way here, and I want to meet you halfway.

I’m a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and educator specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy, sexology and couple therapy.

Originally from Eastern Europe, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to my work, with a deep appreciation of how cultural and societal narratives shape our relationships, identities, and experiences of intimacy. This awareness allows me to work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially where identity, heritage, and relational dynamics intersect.

My clinical and educational practice is rooted in a strong commitment to:

🔸 Cultural diversity
🔸 Inclusivity
🔸 Intersectionality
🔸 GSRD awareness (gender, sex, relationship diversity)

I recognise the complexity of lived experience—particularly where identities intersect with systems of power, social norms, and histories of marginalisation. For me, therapy must be grounded not only in psychological insight but also in a broader cultural, social, and political context.

I specialise in transformative, in-depth work that goes beyond surface-level change. Many of my clients have been in therapy before and find themselves returning to unresolved themes. This often signals that something deeper remains unaddressed—and that’s precisely where I offer support. My therapeutic approach is person-centred and integrative. I work relationally, meaning we explore your world together. I offer a space that is affirming and challenging in equal measure—supporting you, while gently encouraging growth where it’s needed.

I work with individuals, couples, and relationship constellations. Typically, we begin with weekly sessions over a three-month period, followed by a review to assess needs and decide whether to continue weekly or move to biweekly. That said, I always aim to be flexible and accessible.

Outside of my clinical work, I am deeply involved in teaching, supervision, and professional development for therapists. I lead and co-author the Level 7 Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy in London—a rigorous two-year training programme that integrates clinical excellence with a strong commitment to social and cultural awareness.

Internationally, I co-facilitate seminars and training on topics such as:

🔹 Neurodivergence, Sex, and Relationships (Therapist’s Course: Certificate in Diversity Within Contemporary Relationships, UK)
🔹 Advanced Relationship and Couple Therapy

Confidentiality and ethical practice are central to my work. I am ICO registered to ensure that your privacy is protected at all times.

If you’re looking for a therapist who offers depth, warmth, and awareness of the bigger picture, I would be honoured to walk this path with you.

Warmly,
Justyna Kulczyk-Lewinska
