Services with Lukasz
Fees:
50-minutes:
£80 for individual therapy
£100 for relationship/couple therapy.
For clients with learning disabilities or special needs, session times can be extended beyond 50 minutes when required.
Lukasz also offers sessions in your home for those who may need extra support. In such cases, travel, flight, or accommodation costs can be arranged and agreed upon in advance.
Payment
All sessions are paid for in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellations
Cancellations are discussed individually, as Lukasz aims to offer flexibility and understanding around personal circumstances and additional needs.
Frequency & Scheduling of Sessions
Lukasz offers both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. Lukasz is flexible and open to arranging fortnightly or adjusted schedules when necessary to best support you.
Services with Jenny
Fees:
50-minutes:
£80 for individual therapy
£100 for relationship/couple therapy.
Payment
All sessions are paid for in advance by bank transfer or Stripe.
Cancellations
A session can be cancelled for free if done at least 48 hours in advance, or it may be rescheduled once for free, if there is availability during that week.
This must be done via email and is based on my working hours, which are Monday - Friday, 8 am – 4 pm BST. Any shorter notice is charged at full price.

Jenny offers both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. Jenny is flexible and open to arranging weekly or fortnightly, or adjusted schedules when necessary to best support you.
Low-Cost Therapy with Trainee Psychotherapists
We are pleased to offer low-cost psychosexual and relationship therapy provided by our dedicated trainee therapists. This service is ideal for individuals and couples seeking professional support at a reduced rate.
Trainee Therapist Rates: £30 (Individual) | £40 (Couple) [available]
To access low-cost therapy, an initial assessment is required to determine eligibility for working with a trainee therapist. This assessment is conducted by Lukasz.
Assessment Fees:
£50 – Individual Initial Assessment
£60 – Couple Initial Assessment
