Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy with Lukasz - Accredited Senior Coach and Psychosexual Therapist (in training)

For more than 15 years, I have supported individuals and couples to build confidence, connection, and fulfilment in their intimate and personal lives.
My work focuses on helping people improve sexual wellbeing, emotional understanding, and relationship communication through a warm, respectful, and inclusive approach.

I am an Accredited Senior Coach, currently completing my postgraduate training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (COSRT Level 7), and studying for a Master’s in Global Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. I combine my background in NHS sexual health services with years of hands-on experience in coaching, counselling, and education.

All sessions are available online, providing flexible access for individuals, couples, families, and organisations.

Testimonials

  • Lukasz is a kind and a very capable therapist. He truly puts an effort into creating a safe space for his clients. From the beginning, he made sure both my partner and I felt comfortable with him as an interracial queer couple. Especially, as we are both neurodivergent, it was essential to feel seen and supportive. Lukasz has been an affirming and safe presence in a very difficult time for us and I feel very lucky to have had a chance to work with him. I highly recommend Lukasz as a therapist, anyone would be lucky to work with him.

  • Working with Lukasz was an absolute pleasure. I couldn’t recommend his services enough. Get in touch with him, you’ll thank yourself you did!.

    JR

  • Working with Lukasz was a turning point in my life. When I first started therapy, I was struggling with anxiety and self-doubt. Over our sessions, he provided a safe, non-judgmental space where I could explore my deepest fears. His innovative techniques and genuine care helped me develop tools to manage my emotions and build genuine self-love. I’m grateful for the personal growth I’ve experienced.
