I work as an accredited senior coach with over 15 years of professional experience across health, education, and social care.
My approach blends structure with empathy. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you find practical solutions that fit your life.

My background
Before training as a therapist and coach, I worked for many years in health and wellbeing roles, including the NHS and charity sectors.
I have led teams, supported individuals, and delivered workshops across London and beyond.
This experience allows me to bring both professionalism and humanity into every session.
