Accessible Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy at JKL Therapy Centre

At JKL Therapy Centre, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality support when it comes to their emotional, relational, and sexual wellbeing. That’s why we’re proud to offer low-cost psychosexual and relationship therapy, a service designed to make professional help more affordable, without compromising on quality or care.

What is Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy?

Psychosexual and relationship therapy is a specialised form of talking therapy that supports individuals and couples (and diverse relationships) in navigating challenges related to intimacy, connection, and sexual functioning. This might include:

  • Communication difficulties in relationships

  • Loss of desire or sexual intimacy

  • Pain or discomfort during sex

  • Differences in sexual needs or preferences

  • Erectile difficulties or other physiological concerns

  • Recovering intimacy after trauma or infidelity

Whether you're in a relationship or seeking therapy individually, this space can support you in exploring your experiences, developing healthier patterns, and rebuilding confidence and closeness.

What Does “Low-Cost” Mean?

“Low-cost” at JKL means exactly that: a more affordable way to access therapy, especially if you might not be able to pay full private rates. We understand that therapy is an investment, but it shouldn’t be out of reach. Our low-cost service is part of our commitment to making psychosexual and relationship therapy available to more people, without compromising professionalism, confidentiality, or safety.

Session fees are based on your circumstances and range as follows:

  • Individual sessions: £20–£40

  • Couple/relationship therapy: £40–£60

We aim to offer flexibility while still honouring the value of the work being done.

Who Provides This Therapy?

This service is delivered by carefully selected and supervised trainee psychosexual and relationship therapists, currently working towards their professional qualifications with specialist training providers.

At the moment, we are fortunate to have Tara and John as part of our team. Both are trainee psychosexual and relationship therapists bringing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and thoughtful approach to their work. They are committed to providing a safe, inclusive space for you to explore your concerns.

All work is closely supervised by qualified and experienced practitioners—ensuring that clients receive competent and ethical support at every stage.
